@Emilyducttape With any smart phone of course it's not going to be great on battery life with all the different features and apps. It depends on the user to really watch the usage if you want it to last like your old phone. Also a lot of people forget to close apps after they use them which means that they stay running in the background i.e. using up battery power.

@dansdad2543 Nothing directly comparable but check out the Droid Charge with Super AMOLED, not 4.5" screen but pretty close. ;-) You will likely get faster data speed on LTE.

@ilikecandy96 You do know about %90 percent of ios 5 is a compete copy of Android right?. Using your friends android phone does not make you an expert on Android and the iphone is still lacking many things it should have had in the first place. Not only that but Apple does not make an LTE device and this is a huge weakness of Apple one of many by the way. The iphone sells because its easy to use not because its better I really wish people would understand this.

@Paranormalemo5678 Don't worry by december the Droid Bionic will be out. It will be the first LTE with a dual core processor. I almost got the Thunderbolt but I decided to hold out to see exactly how the Bionic will perform. With all the dual core phones coming out I rally think it is worth it to see what comes next. The thunderbolt is a great phone but I think anything with a single core will be obsolete very soon.

Their great phones, I had one last year and it was excellent. iPhone is an iPhone there is only 1. You can choose from different sizes of storage, but overall its only one phone. @joelle24680 I would definitely suggest getting the Thunderbolt. Its a much nicer looking phone IMO. Plus it has 4G which should be enough of a reason itself to pick it over the fascinate. Another reason is that it is a newer phone. So it wont become outdated as quick.

I just got this phone a little over a week ago, and I LOVE it. So much better then the DX I had before it. The built quality is just amazing and so is everything else about it. And for those of you concerned about your battery life. My battery lasts me the whole day. But I leave my 4G LTE off when I have no need for it.

Thats a lot of money for a phone. Good phone by the way, this coming from some what of an Apple fanboy. Given also that even though Verizon has amazing speeds on its 4G LTE, its not available in many areas, and the battery life is not impressive so, I'm not all sold with this.

HTC phones with Android look nothing like the standard android which most android phones have other than HTC and Samsung which have their own UI over Android like HTC uses Sense over WM6.5/6.5.3 and Android which is why I stayed with HTC when i left my Touch Pro 2 for an Android phone. It made for little learning curve.
