quads arent relle that much taller than eachother once you get 5'0, i think you could ride a 450r, they are great, i have a 06' TRX450r, and im 5'8

it wouldnt be a problem for you to ride one, if you can drive a clutch

not trying to be a dick, but damn your pretty small for a 13 year old.

Im 13 myself 5'6 and 120lbs and its fits me just good, raptor fits most people, it might be a tad big for you, but youll grow into it if thats the case, and in no time to.

go to a dealer and sit on it, and see if you can test drive it.

Yamaha is ( in my opinion ) the best made quads for sport. i have never had any problems with any of the Yamahas i have owned. i highly recommend them
