Woman getting into IT at 27. Muck around with computers a lot at home. Working in admin for 9 yrs, completely over it. I'd like to be a network or systems engineer (studying for me network+ cert). Most intimidating thing is, the job I want involves trying to fit in with 20-25 IT guys within the company I work at, being the only woman. Am I supposed to dress a bit sloppier and act a little 'manish' just to fit in? Will I be viewed as riding on the fact that I'm a woman? Intimidated. Big time
