There is a very clear mistake in this presentation: the tricuspid valve separates the right ATRIUM from the right ventricle and NOT the aorta from the ventricle as this doctor describes. The aorta exits from the left ventricle. The upper chambers are called atria.

Is everything else accurate? What about the right side of the heart becoming enlarged?
