hi im in pakistan i have no problem understanding him.. very cllear lecture hope others are also as clear as this one.. though the Indian accent is somewhat different then either native or our accenst but the language is english so after just omne or two lecture it becoms natural to ubderstand him.. good job NPTEL from pakistan

Learning a new abstract concept is hard. Learning it when you can't understand what the teacher said until a couple words later when you can get more context to guess the word accurately, makes it nearly impossible. This vid should be produced for the people who speak his native language, in his language.
