Also PvP is more based on luck than any skill and it's click to move and movement is rather iffy anyway. Runescape classic was fun though, because back then I didn't care how shit a game can be and enjoyed it ^^

These are his opinions, personally I haven't played RS in a long time, but its one of the only MMORPGS that hooked me on for like three years. It's a very addicting MMORPG, and you need to give credit to that.

So many use WoW as a model for their fail attempts at an enjoyable experience but still fall well short of being a fraction as good. WoW has the best crafting system, best questing system, best PvP system, best PvE system, Best dungeons, Best bosses.... I can go on. For those who are WoW haters, theyre either extremely stupid or have never experienced all what WoW has to offer. Take your pick.

@JPjordie98 well technically, all fantasy mmorpg's were based off of really early games like warhammer and lord of the rings tabletop games, so runescape even though made before world of warcraft isnt that origional, whereas world of warcraft took ideas from other games, and made it into its own game, which is not copied off by most new mmorpg games

As far as iam conserned guild wars 2 wont be very popular because, all these games are pretty much that same, I mean really the whole casting magic spells, midevil time, thing is getting kind of old. SWTOR offers a different type of storyline and gameplay (dont get me wrong iam going to try both games, but iama stick with SWTOR).

You know there is god magic like stuff in swtor with the whole force thing. Yet alone warrior battling it out with light-sabres just different from flaming swords. Seriously the depth behind combat isn't much difference when you actually look at it properly. As for the story, 2 novels out, 3rd coming soon, over 700 pages in both and successful. @amfahmage Other sci-fi games might try to copy star wars, but will never be anything like it. Star wars has about 3 (4 including SWTOR) total "mmo's" although 2 of those are for kids ages 8-12 so they really dont count. God magic as in force lightning, force choke, force push, force pull? Yes there is that. There were guns in medival times as early as the 1400's actaully. The combat in swtor makes the combat funner and look better, like warrior vs warrior they actual use their weapons to block.
