@AwesomeKid009 you need to wait in the room at the beginning until Sargent Johnson on the lift says would it help if i said please then step into the lift this could take up to 5 min for him to say that

you need to be on legendary to get all skulls... except for the blind one (level 2), i got it on easy :D

this skull actually makes enemies more aware of your location, however, that is not it's main purpose. bungie says that the skull makes enemies easier to kill, which i agree with.

well, yea and no.

once you get the skull, it stays there until you turn off your xbox console.

The sputnik skull is beast, im working on getting it right now.
