  • for all then dominicans that are on here bashing black salons....clearly you are in denial. I'm black and most dominicans that I run across are much darker than me. I say we as african americans stop giving these people our business b/c they certainly dont respect us. I'm about principle and you will not get my money if you can't respect me honey.

  • Sorry! Dominicans know how to master and cut all hair types, because of their mixed ancestry. Dominican barbers are the best hands down, especially with the straight razor, these guys are master craftsman who have mastered the art of barbering.

  • Black people just don't know how to do hair. Point blank. They can't even take care of their own hair, so how can they do others? Every black person who's ever done my hair fucked it up.

  • That girl looks soooooo fuckable!!

  • us dominicans have our own culture we dont identify with our skin color we wernt born in africa ether

  • @nytillidie333 African Americans were not born in Africa either you are black stop being in denial

  • @EthioDyme1 no ones in denial i am aware that we have african roots but not all Dominicans are black but most of us are we are multi racial

  • dominicans are black people with spanish accents; dominicans have self hate issues like african americans too with all this straighten your nappy hair shit

  • Dominican hairstylist are the best they use good products and they understand any type of texture of hair and they are staying with the beauty industry the results are amazing and guarantee you will see the change

  • ...but some Dominicans have afro textured hair also and they know how to deal with African American textured hair

  • @bbnne1 you are right

  • @bbnne1 well to be honest, it really doesnt matter what side you take in this situation,#1 because dominicans are black to begin with rather anybody wants to beleive it or not, and #2 the majority of black hair stylists like my mom are actually damaging their clients hair to begin with because of the relaxers n heat damage n what not, I BET IF BLACK WOMEN LEARNED HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR NATURAL HAIR THEY WOULDNT EVEN BE HATING ON DOMINCAN WOMEN, AM I RIGHT??

  • @arab3515 Actually Dominicans have mixed race origins, scientifically we are not "black".

  • @DominicanIdentity Well obviously domincans are a mixed people as we all are.....but its impossible to have a mixed ORGIN...we all originated at one specific area, and "scientifically" REALLY?!? HAHA j/k

i jus never heard that one before.

but the truth is, there is hardly a difference between so called "latinos" and "negros"......this is a hidden history

  • @DominicanIdentity

Whats the admixture of the average dominican?

  • @hazerblue European, Sub-Saharan African, and/or Asiatic.

  • @DominicanIdentity I meant the ratio of ancestry...the average white person in Brazil for example is 80% white, black Americans 80-90% black, white Americans 90%+ white

whats the admixture of your average domnican? you must know as you say they are not black?

  • wats the name of this women on here

  • @TheArtisticBeauty the name of the host is Allison Keys for NPR News.

  • @bbnne1 obviously

  • :44-46

The black business community? WTF is she yapping about? THERE IS NO BLACK COMMUNITY any longer!!! THERE IS NO BLACK BUSINESS NETWORKS.

We dont own shit..we just consume....Already, I know that this is not going to be enriching.....peep those SARGEWP vids on GenX!

  • @mktking there are many black businesses. not many black corporations but many black businrsses.

  • There are like 8 Dominican Hair salons within a 8 Block Radius of where I live in Silver Spring, Maryland. Many females have other career options now and doing hair is just not something that is a big aspiration. For that reason, Dominicans have cornered the market.

  • Dominican women are fine as fuck

  • @chicagosfinest2k10

You know that you have black Dominicans, don't you?

  • @chicagosfinest2k10 hell yea...i love Dominican women g....i need to move. ha

  • No puedo a encontrar una problema con quisqueyos que comercializan su mercado de peinados. O negros-americanos deben mejoran su mercado o lo manejaran con una buena actitud porque quisqueyos van a dirigir este mercado.

  • Black hair salons better revamp their business models or go the way of Circuit City.
