To me this is visual poetry. Only cinema can do it in such intensity: the whole meaning involved in this film (by far one of the bests I've seen), Nessun dorma, being able to fly over and reach the sea.. it give me goosebumps. I grew up on by the sea, now I live far from it and sometimes I catch myself doing the same in dreams and thoughts. It is intense but real, true and faithful to this mistery that attracts and fascinates. Great sea! Thanks Amenábar!

This is one of the best scenes in any film I have ever seen. Please watch this if you havent. I promise you that it will make you cry, laugh, and even offer hope. The movie is called "El Mar Adentro" "The Sea inside"

Perhaps you already know it, but the expression "mar adentro" is usually translated as "open sea" and, in the title of the movie, it's a word play, because it does convey the meaning "sea inside".

Perhaps they chose the "best" possible translation, but there's no "good" possible translation.
