One of the Greats destined to be greater. So sad that Lori and their kids have to carry on with this the rest of their lives. Please, please, please, I pray all you facing the struggles Keith and all in the spotlight face, do not succumb to the pressure of being rich and famous, thinking it cannot happen to you; it does, it has so many times: Hank Williams, Sr., Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, shall I go on...? Is the fame and fortune really worth the cost? Ask Lori...
the sad fact is, HE chose to silence his voice! What a shame, he let the booze rule his life. He had so much to live for! Lorrie, his kids, his talent & his fans. I loved his voice & music the very first time I ever heard him. Yet he threw it all away, for the love of booze. Hell, he would even drink perfume & nail polish to get intoxicated. His blood alcohol level (at death) was .477 (20 shots of 100 proof whiskey). Truth be told, he committed suicide! RIP, Keith. you are be missed!
@onelazydaizy At the end of the day the wife decides not the mother. Lets face it, none of us know what goes on within familys, sometimes familys do not know themselves. For this reason it is best we all keep stum !!!
@onelazydaizy I actually checked the blood alcohol level with the coroner's report. You are 100% right and that is 5 times the definition of intoxication plus he had cocaine and vallium in his system. The alcohol level could have don't it by itself and probably did. He was an all-time great and this is still a sad sad story.
