I knew a man with the first name Dave who was like this guy. Dave's parents (mother and step-father) were good people, maybe not great but at least good. Dave's father was deceased. Dave hit his daughter exactly like the guy in this video and his son as well. His daughter will never function the same and is now a dysfunctional 18 year old. The son I hear has turned out okay. Dave died in 2007 of a drug reaction and I am 99% certain that Dave went to the fires of hell for the abuse he caused.

This is not to say I can judge anyone, but child abusers belong behind bars and maybe if Dave had been arrested he would have come clean of drugs and not continued to abuse his son and daughter. Hopefully this judge is not as evil as Dave and will reconcile with his family and live a good life though he should not return to family court. Maybe the man can become an advocate for helping rehabilitate bad parents. However, there is no justification for this just as with the Dave man I knew.

(1) letting his daughter have internet in her room(unsupervised), (2)Using his belt everywhere but his daughter's butt. (3) Using his fowl language toward his daughter.(4)Dislipling his daughter while he is angry.(4)Extreem lack of self controll. Im not saying his daughter shouldn't have been disliplined because she probley did.....just not in that manner.

Horrible experience... But still be thankful that you/she just received a belt whipping. There are other many experiences around that they receive a hard blowing knuckles in their face and stomach, whacked real hard with a wood, chocked, and other real-deal beat-ups. An example was my big brother when we were kids, on his bday, he was really beaten and got a bloody face by our dad even though there's no reason.
