  • stupid people don't answer smart questions

    society blows

  • This should've been one of the questions answered.

  • we need to get more people involved and stand up. for the truth....

  • HA! good luck w/ that! Barack Obama IS a supporter OF MARIJUANA!!

  • His actions (and recorded statements) don't corroborate that claim.

  • @Lostboysizawsum lol No he is NOT! I played the decriminalization card in 04 but now that he is president he is being a dumbass politician about it.

  • @skyhi420x I think youtube censored the questions. I don't believe the president nor the government had anything to do with what questions got asked.

  • Agreed. Youtube selectively chose which questions to ask, as a result you can see their bias.

  • thats no surprise...i guess this guy worded his question too logically

  • what is citizentube? is obama going to answer every question? because i wanna hear what he says to this question

  • You couldn't have ironed the sheet?! :)

  • they'll never legalize it because when u smoke it, it causes people to think and ask questions. You think the govt wants that?

    Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere.

  • I think you've nailed it on the head there.

  • @TEUFELHuNDEN420 - You have hit the nail on the head. It makes you think and see things clearly. Or at least think about things that you normally would dismiss. Every Politician should smoke so that they can see the madness of thier ways. It will give you a conscience. When I am straight for a while, I sometimes say or do stupid things. Then smoke and realize how stupid it was and try to appologize because I feel bad about it. It gives you a conscience, something they dont have.

  • i watched all the questions he answered and he didn't even touch this subject, just like most president he will say what he has to please people in other words lie.

  • Phoenix is not the kidnapping capital of the world solely because of the encouragement that the prohibition gives the cartels. Why is it Phoenix & not El Paso, San Diego, Denver, St. Luois, Chicago, New York or Boston? Sheriff Joe Arpaio's neglect of his duties, brought on by his obsession with persuing "illegal aliens" , that's why it's Phoenix ,rather than some other city. The prohibition gives them incentive, & the self-proclaimed "America's Toughest Sheriff" gives them opportunity!

  • Our gov't doesn't give a shit about any of us.

  • @ drthunder481

haha thats what i thought when i saw this.

i feel like i live in china now

  • I voted for this question... Sorry it was pushed aside... Screw citizentube, and screw Obama because I KNOW they are the reason it wasn't asked, 'Citizentube' probably wanted to ask but were bitches because Obama's got bully's like any president before him to make sure the questions are kosher... No doubt their team had plenty of time to prepare for the most popular questions. God forbid the public see that every time Obama looks to the internet, the public says the same thing, LEGALIZE...

  • really good video. Too bad they ignored the #1 most asked question.

  • i think u got ignored

  • Very well put dude. Awesome job.

  • Beautifly worded man. I really hope he chooses your question.

  • Great video! If we knew the actual amount profitted from the sale of illegal marijuana we could total it with our losses spent on the DEA, court provided counseling, and jail cells to battle this harmless seed bearing herb we would begin moving closer to being out of debt and we may even have a chance of one day becoming a democracy again rather than the fascist nation that we have become. Marijuana isn't as dangerous as alchohol or many of the prescription drugs that are experimented with today

  • @EvRyThInGuWaNnAbE we can... the difference created by taxing and regulating marijuana, and removing prohibition efforts, would see a gross change of roughly $37 billion annually... which would help out a fucking LOT, not to mention the 150,000 jobs that could be created almost instantaneously.

  • @FireInUrLungs420 37 billion against a planned 3.84 trillion brings the deficit back down to 3.49 trillion. not much help.

  • I don't think the plan is to fix the whole deficit by legalizing marijuana. It's to keep money out of the hands of criminals

  • Its so everyone can smoke. My local radio station had people calling up saying that marijuana should be legalized cuz of blah blah cancer blah gloucoma; and the DJ was like "but how many of those symptoms do you have?" and the caller said "Nigga, I ain't got no symptoms I just wanna smoke my WEED!"

If legalization were to happen, we have to put a more positive face on Marijuana users. DON'T SHOW UP TO PROTESTS LOOKING LIKE A STONER!! Wear a suit, look clean, that's how we'll win this fight.

  • i aint marchin in no damn suit! what do you think this is, wall street?

but i'll comb my hair beforehand if it makes you feel any better.

  • @Sco6014 lol my radio station has a "Manditory Marley" every 4:20. And they usually drop subtleties about getting high during there show.

  • @KoUn7eRfIt Still, it is one of the largest monetary changes you can make. I can't think of many government programs that would much like taking a $37 billion budget cut... Anyways, my arguments for marijuana are primarily on the side of its physical benefits, not just the possible income for the government. I wouldn't want to legalize crack to make money! It's apparent weed really shouldn't be illegal at all, and the fact is legalizing it WILL HELP with our country's debt, if only a small amt

  • Great Question! Its actually one of the best I have seen so far.

I hope he picks it instead of picking easy questions which I fear.

  • stright and to the point. I like it

  • Short and sweet. Re-legalization will save lives. Improvements in our perception of music, the tastes of beer, pizza will become immediate.

  • When will people ask the prez about industrial hemp. now that would be a solution to help the economy. only problelm with cannabis and hemp is they would take a bite out of corp. and pharm. company profits.

  • shell7324: They would BECOME corporate profits. The hemp growers would become small corporations themselves (all businesses are corporations) and the textile companies would diversify into hemp.

  • what i'm referring to is the already established gigantic corporations. you know, the ones who control the govt, tv, news. and yes it will be the new smaller corp. that will be doing the biting.

  • amazing point... never knew all that before. Thanks for informing me I will back legal marijuana .. .

  • why is there that many views yet so little votes common ppl hes not doin this for his heath help the cause vote for it to be choosen as a question for monday !!!

  • i'd vote if i could, but it wont let me. tries to make me create a new account when i go to vote and wont let me sign in with this one.. =\

  • I haven't been able to get the vote page to work. Goes to a sign in page that redirects to itself

  • Damn thing is BS right? I kept opening it in new tabs, and when I finally got pissed and started closing them I got back to the first tab and it miraculously worked. I think it was only messing with the legalization pages. : Great question from MPP.

  • arizona the kidnap capital of the world? damn...really, i had no clue.

  • Agreed

  • Marijuana prohibition works just like alcohol prohibition.

  • It sure does. In that it doesnt =D

  • As a Canadian, I understand how much our economy is reliant on the US. 80% of cannabis produced here ends up in the US. If we legalize we would suffer from border closures and boycotts that we can not afford. Our two countries would benefit from legalization and regulation both economically and socially.

  • yeah lets see if he just laughs it off again. disappointment all around... ending raids isnt enough!?. any law on A plant is rediculous... If everyone knew who is benefiting from this particular 'war on drugs', none of this would be a debate.

YOU ARE SPENDING OUR MONEY ON THIS!!! so pay attention to our questions and take them seriously please... respect

  • Damn he used our money so we could Buy his Ear so be better listen to us as we are speaking Loud and Clear,

  • Amen!

  • the cartels make alot of money for the gov.

  • great question. end the violence and the cartel's monopoly. Lets get them out of our country and legalize!

  • END THE TRASHY BORDERS

  • like this gonna go toke up some more

  • thats the best question yet

  • How long are we going to continue this 70+ year FAILED war on average, American people, aka The War on Drugs?

  • When we we end Prohibition?

  • For Alcohol? 1933

  • for Cannabis 2010

Just last night I attended a round table with my local Conservative M.P. (Canada). He is in favor of escalating the war on drugs. He voted yes on bill C-15, but he knows he has at least one constituent that wants to end prohibition.

We have to talk to our local politicians to them understand that prohibition has failed..

Even here in Alberta, Politicians will move, but only if they are pushed.

  • For me, I live in one of the most conservative states in the United States. I cannot change anyone's opinion.

Here, the possession of one plant can (but usually doesn't) imprison one for life.

  • I would love it if I could change one mind. But right now I am going to state the case for ending prohibition in a calm, rational, respectful manner. I can make time work for me. If present trends continue by 2012 50% of Americans will be in favor of Legalization.

I am hoping that the referendum in California in November will be the tipping point.

  • this guy states a good point, to bad.... i wish i didn't have to break the law just to smoke weed, but i do... i know i could stop but i don't want to... and i don't want to be treated like a horrible person just because i do...

we need to legalize this.. PLEASE

  • How will Obama cannibalize this question like he did the last one?

    He'll most likely avoid it.

  • he's cute

  • cool

  • FREE MARC EMERY !!!

  • he is free you retard. he has been outta jail a long ass tim now

  • You God Damned stupid fuck ! He is in PRISON.

Call me a retard? How fucking dare you !!!!!

You obviously don't have the slightest clue.

    eLLriDe420, you are a disgrace !!!!!!!!!!

  • Who are you folks even talking about??

  • Marc Emery "The Prince of Pot"

He sold seeds from Canada as well as being one of the biggest MJ activist to breathe air.

He's a hero, a legend and is now facing 5 years in a U.S. prison. Also, publisher of Cannabis Culture magazine.

  • no he has been out. watch theweedguys videos. he just smoked a 70 gram joint with marc and jodie in a brand new video. marc has been outta jail dude. i think i would know. you are the one without a clue. marc is out. dumb retard. watch theweedguys videos.

  • O.K. he's out on $50,000 bail------for two weeks until his extradition to Seattle.

I have been extensively involved in a multitude of activities to bring awareness to his persecution.

And what do I get? Some cuntmouth calling me a retard. Well, fuck you Captain smartass !!

  • haha gotcha. mr big mouth. you were rong and i was right. your the asshole not me. your the one that attacked me. saying i was wrong. well your the one at fault here not me

  • I attacked you? You called me a "retard".

Should I stop supporting his freedom from a future five year imprisonment for two weeks ????

    I DON'T THINK SO, TWAT !

  • marc is out. its no joke he is telling you the truth

go to pot tv on you tube

  • Yep, for a couple of weeks. Great news albeit from a complete asshole: eLLriDe420

  • Well put. How much longer will we let the criminals control the country?

  • BRILLIANT!!!

  • i agree 100% with this video.

  • How even completely legal marijuana will stop the drug cartels and assorted thugs' operations in the USA must be explained more clearly. This video merely makes an assertion without supporting evidence. The nonbelievers must be convinced, not the believers.

  • @grubelsucht

Drug deals are bitche, uneless you are a dealer most peole here in phoenix would rather get them from a store where its convienent and quick.

Maybe it wont completly stop the cartels but the Majority of Pot smokin americans would rather get it from a store then there dealers. Im included

  • Hi cuishi! Yes, I agree. What I wonder is where the MJ comes from in the dispensaries. Could the stuff we smoke be from a cover for the Mexican cartels? Hopefully, full legalization would include safeguards, such as vetting and licensing the growers in some way. In Cali at this time the dispensaries just say it "comes from all over."

  • grubelsucht: It may not stop them dead, but it would drain out a substantial chunk of their income. An underground market cannot compete with a legitimate one. If marijuana were legalized, taxed and regulated, the the price of marijuana would fall drastically, because it would remove the artificial scarcity resulting from prohibition, and the new, licensed growers would undercut the profits of the cartels. There's a reason cartels don't brew beer.

  • @yerk3 Yes. Good comment! I hope you're correct.

  • @yerk3 thumbs up to you my goodfellow.

  • @ yerk3

That is a brilliantly simple explanation.

  • Yeah, good luck with that. He won't do it.

  • @MedievalWerewolf If he get elected to a 2nd term thatll be the first thing he does

  • lol, so because it's the case for you it means it's the case for everyone else in the US you think? That seems rather ridiculous to me

  • did i say that? no. i ment only me. were did i say that in my comment

  • @catapaultpenguin

i live in phoenix and i know people who went to grade school with me that get pounds of weed to sell.

The majority of people get there bud from mexico. i even have a picture of a brand new pound that just arrived from mexico.

    This guy is right

  • @eLLriDe420

stfu i can send you a picture of a pound of weed that was bought from them. i live in phoenix an Its easy to tell if ur getting weed from mexico. Its compressed as shit while homegrown weed is round or fluffy

  • I know, I live in new mexico and ALL of the brick swag comes from mexico, ellride doesn't know what he's talking about

  • i know what weed looks like ive been using it for 10 years now. there is no such thing as good weed from mexicao. compressed weed sucks ass. it crushes and destroyes the thc, and plant matter. fluffy dense buds are the best

  • plus its all shitty mids

  • ★★★★★★★★★★★★★

    Question of the Century

    ★★★★★★★★★★★★★

  • I think the federal drug laws will never actually legalize marijuana, rather there will be federal drug laws that allow a state to legalize in its own borders. If it happens in Canada, it will be al around and i can finally toke without worrying whether or not the authorities are looking for me.

  • I'm thinking about moving to Amsterdam.

I have been there 3 Times and its so peaceful there.

    The locals are really nice.

I have only 1 fight the 3 times i have been there.

  • @RiddleboxBoii

My mates watched the weirdest fight ever in Amsterdam, two big groups on either side of the street, with someone from each group taking turns to run over and smack the other guy in the face then run back to his mates. After 10min's of that the police turned up and smacked the crap out of both of them and some of there friends with night sticks and riot shields.

  • ★★★★★

  • 70 percent ? where did u get that number there running coke or i could be wrong the govt luvs 2 lie

  • No the mexican drug cartels get 3/4 roughly of their profit from marijuana.

  • obama answer this shit

  • Having a responsible marijuana policy would be a good way to turn a national problem into a national solution.

  • I hope its gonna be legal, im goin to start a Hooka / cafe / arcade

Imagine if weed was legal how many stoners id get a day and how many of them would chill there. id make bank

  • rofl...can i help? >.>

  • Most states are going with smoking bans in public places like bars and restaurants. Your cafe/arcade may need to go with teas and brownies and such.

All "pipe" dreams aside, I think it will still be several years before we see a recreational policy like we have for alcohol.

  • With the popularity of hookah bars, I'm sure there can be exceptions... though, I don't know if you can run one or not in the places with the ban. I think that's stupid though... Who the hell goes to a hookah bar, unless they want to smoke, it would be the same for a "cafe" when it comes to weed.

  • Great question! Hopefully he will take these kind of questions seriously this time. By now he should know EXACTLY what this says about the online audience!
