Well, actually it's not a bug, it's a arachnid. It's a type of scorpion. It's called a whip scorpion, and they like to live near water. You can't see the pincer, because the small ones like that don't even grow one. Whip scorpions don't have a pincer at the end of their tail, just a hair looking thing that literally whips it's enemy. Hence, the whip scorpion.

It is called a Chernetid and it is an arachnid. They do have a venom in the tips of their pincers which they overcome smaller insects that live in the soil where they do as well. It is specifically known for eating the eggs of Earwigs (those nasty bugs with the pincers on their butts). As far as I have seen they have never been a threat to humans as the amount of venom that could be released is so minute.
