Ya im going to miss the baby GMs aswell they did great service through out the Irish Rail Network since their inception in 1962. As a Mallow Man the Beet Factory was a huge loss and I my self enjoyed watching the Beet trains come through Mallow Train Station on their way to the factory. Usually either consisting of two 121 class or two141/181 class locomotive or a single powerful 071 class.

I think I am actually going to weep for what has been lost. I simply love the way small GMS avtually sound as though they are going to blow up when they are revved hard.
