I made something like this a while ago... but I made "homemade pudding" it actually turned out really awesome, and even though the pudding was a vanilla flavor, it tasted like bananas :D

LOOKS DELISH!! Is it overly sweet with the Eagle in it? Im a little scared of the Eagle. And I have a mixing bowl like Myrnas that i got at a garage sale for 50 cents and it outlasted a mixing bowl i paid $30 for!! I value all cookware from "back in the day"!
