There's not a thing wrong with using a lance as a human, the payout is greater than any other weapon, when you pull an attack power of over 300 max and 80 crit outside of trans, you wonder how you could have used anything else, besides, lance charge opens up room for another smash, which with r1 Assault slash can give you room to get closer and instantly windmill and set up another smash, and lance counter can do the same thing. The lance is an excellent weapon for either race.
@Marchforthemusic i agree completely except for 1 thing... r1 assault slash not alot of people rank that because they are too lazy (Example: ME) i have r5 and thats all anybody needs people just rank it up for duels and if you do have r1 assault its still not possible to do it with the lance b/c of the range
@Wavedemonful I have r1 Assault Slash and Lance Master, I can assure you that it is possible to follow up after a smash, I posted a video of it myself. However you have to be on the inner edge of the lance range to do it, so yes, it's not a guarenteed hit but it is very helpful.
@Awakenedlight7 b/c there good enough as it is imagine kunka vs H1111 in ruairi Kunka beated Paravex and H1111 defeated loverofnao THATS AMAZING BEST FIGHT EVER also giants haven't changed so much either just lances not much really HUMANS DIDNT CHANGE AT ALL LANCES FOR HUMANS SUCK!!!
@PerfectYukarii Step 1: Master all combat and lance related skills; especially lance charge. Step 2: Get an endgame lance either a LCL with pure damage or a KL with full red upgrades. Step 3: Go alchemist hybrid, always utilizing charge and alch skills for mobility and positioning. Step 4: Come to realize that you're a moron for saying that no mobility dual wield could ever compare to Lance play-- even on a human.

@PerfectYukarii the only bad thing about lances is that the humans are incaabable to use it unless u use it in a combo which is very hard

Humans really shouldn't use them as their main weapon. There are pleanty of duel wielding combos that outmatch it for them.
Giants on the other hand should look into using them. Unless you can't get used to its play style it is a very powerful weapon.
