  • @gropied thank you! 5''10 74.5kg all natural, only 1 protein shake mixed with maltodextrin after training and 6 balanced meals a day! Minimal weight training and lots of high intensity circuit training!!!

  • Wow, Dominique, you possess one of the best physiques on U-Tube: sharp muscularity, near perfect symmetry, flawless skin tone, vascularity. You got it all bro. How about hitting more lat spreads? Your lats are also well developed but you rarely flex that muscle group. 

  • @flexhold hey flex hows it going man? I posted a new video it has full lat spread in it and some back double bicep flexing too! The light was perfect you can see every detail! Let me know what you think man, this has come from all the variations of pullups I do! Hit me back :)

  • @daredevildom Aagree, Dominique. Your back is broad with a great taper. The lat spread pose I encourage you to perform is from the front. Looking at your torso direct on with you arms to the side, your ribcage is very pronounced and nicely sets off both pecs\ intercostals but your lats are partly obscured by the placement of your arms. Throw your lats out with your hands on your hips & highlites your wings. BTW your transverse and obligues ab definition is awesome. Outstanding improvement!

  • @StevenSWM no man, i dont believe in having ''useless muscle'' by that i mean if the muscle is contributing to my core stability, explosive power training, and cardio abilities then it has some uses right? If I were to lift weights I could gain much more size but would have to sacrifice symmetry which i would never do! Fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, so im more than happy to progress naturally! Thanks for your support man! New videos on the way! :)

    even if he tried he most likely wouldn't, because the "freaky" bodybuilders (Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, etc.) get that big with a lot of help from steroids. So unless this guy took that route, he would get big but not THAT big. Although it is definitely possible to gain a lot of size by means of natural bodybuilding with no roids. And plus once he got to his genetic potential, he wouldn't be able to gain any muscle anymore. unless of course he used roids. which I doubt he will (;

  • @walshy0001 Hey dude, I wasn’t really asking him about what he COULD do, with respects to his body…but rather what he WANTED to achieve with his physique. If you’ll notice, he responded to my question 6 months ago when I asked it. :) Dom, I feel, wants his muscle structure to be the most functional possible. That’s why he does his training with body weight movements, rather than just lifting weights. Being versatile and creative with his workouts will produce the body type he wants.
