@oncotoxicology: you need to change your ATI catalyst controller with its another version "ATI catalyst controller 9.8" in your window.. after that re install MGL tool Package which includes autodock...then restart your system. it will work!
Can anybody help me, I have Windows operating system and whenever I download Autodock 4 Version from the site. Up on setup installation it doesnt show desctop shortcut and not even get installed in system..
