I have two Dells, both on Windows 7. A Laptop and a PC. NEVER had a problem. Both work with Adobe Master Collection and I'm using the minimal memory requirements on the Laptop and it is fully functional.

When I compare my Dell laptop with my classmates in college, my humble Dell happens to kick every single Mac's ass.

That's why Mac shows you ads that display a complete webpage with java and other stuff, and when you plug in the address fails. Stop lying Jobs.

Guess what retard, the same OEMs make the parts for Macbook as any Windows based notebook. Intel CPU, generic RAM, Seagate/WD HDD. The only difference is the OS and Apple makes a superior aesthetic. There is zero performance difference.

I have Apple MacBook and Asus EEE - loaded with Linux, MacOSX, WinXP, WinVIsta... Mac rules, Linux is my passion and windows sucks all the time :P Not able to do all the text-related and file-related UNIX stuff in Windows. Evn' not able to do such intuitive thing like drag a document on open program in taskbar :D

This ad clearly shows that Microsoft doesn't know what they can say for people to stop leaving Windows. What they say is: "Ok macs are better, but we are cheaper, so stay with us".

Now, Apple on the other hand, clearly says what they wanna do: We want to increase our sales by being superior than the others, not by being cheaper.

This is why I have 3 Mac minis, MacBook, PowerMac G4 & an eMac lol

talk about been happy with an OS. I used to swear all day due to the buggy windows ... once i even destroyed my keyboard.

i like microsoft better, because there are some school programs that i use which only can be done microsoft. but i have an imac. I must say that i have had this for 2 yrs, never had to format. That is the only adv of mac for me. No formate HD at all. But MS, its like every 3 mths. but if i had a choice i probably by a cheap PC.

Lauren is not cool enough to be a Mac person... if by "cool" she means "not fed up". She's not fed up with anti-virus, spyware, and adware software (buying it, updating it, renewing it, running it). She's not fed up with having to run disc defragmenter. So she's sticking with a PC.

With a free, simple anti-virus program and the ad-blocker provided by Internet Explorer, I'm set. I haven't had spyware or a virus for years now. All it takes is some common sense when surfung the net and downloading files. If Macs were anywhere near as common as Windows machines, virus creators would be targeting them much more.
