Just researched on this issue. at least 20 arrests were made a week in 2010. The city is working on something to resolve this issue with the churches on that street. Probably wise not to even pick them up, in fact they should not be picked up in the first place.

@0326hkim they WILL ALWAYS be picked up thats a fact... in long beach the chicks on pch are dam near gone!! After the city of long beach started to impound guys cars and putting their names in the paper and the crack users died down.... its quiet but on Anaheim street east of cherry there is a few out there... mostly junkies... now the best place now is in orange county... on beach blvd .. tons of nice looking chicks to look at.... yes i look for sport... lol

But I guess the best way to approach them is to get out of the car and talk to them? Some of them want to get straight to business. they ask "DO you want a date (sexual service)"
