  • DELL IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! PLEASE BOYCOTT DELL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM DELL!! WOW SERVICE IS A TRADEMARK OF WELLSFARGO, STOP USING IT.

  • The worst ever, only call if you are in a shitty mood or had the worst ever day so they can't ruin it. They only exist to extract more money out of you and they know they sale shiny junk that lights up. The meter is running too. You get 30 days to get a refund and they are trained to run out the clock so you are stuck with crappy equipment. Complain to the TX State Attorney General. Put every experience on file, so change can occur. Dell takes your money without using a gun, a straight jacking.

  • Mate I hate this company more than words because of several horrendous experiences. I will never touch these assholes ever again.

  • Why is it every single time I call up these assholes (Dell) I am transferred to about 3 - 4 people before I get the person that can help me? I will never buy another dell, ever.

  • I agree Dell for I had a good experience within the old days in 2004. I do agree the quality of the Dell these days is not as good as it use to be. Saddens from the quality of the Dell these days I have a new company I trust. Acer, Asus and Lenovo. Had a good time Dell but lately the quality sucks.

  • That is so similar as what I have encountered. Dell is very bad over the years. The Indian reps are extremely impatient and they are very angry when I talk to them!

    I will NEVER EVER buy Dell any more!

  • If you think their product customer service is awfull, their finacial department is worse. I vowel to never purchase a dell or any related product ever again.

  • I know how you feel! I have to wait on hold for 10 to 20 minutes when transferring the customer to dell (I like to stay on the line with the customer until a representative comes on the line)

  • The reps at Dell speak English, but not in the manner Americans do - timing, enunciation, etc. Never, never buy a Dell!!

  • I hate dealing with india. I could never understand them and they suck ass at customer service. Only if canada got real english speaking people for dell canada instead of some foreign bastard on the other side of the world, dell does suck i will admit, i've had so much bs with my xps 630i it isn't even funny so yeah dell does suck!

  • I've been waiting almost two months for my replacement notebook. I called about 50 times, and not one American. They keep giving a new ship date, and it never comes. And then another ship date..on and on! DELL SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DELL!!!!

  • About a yr ago I bought a dell Studio 1737 Laptop loaded with Vista Home Prem 32 bit

    As I had nothing but problems with Vista I purchased the only Windows 7 that would ungrade from the Vista on my computer(which is 32 bit)

    On loading 32 Windows 7, I have major problems .

    Dell Service (what a laugh) tell me they do not have the 32 bit drivers and just told me that they could not help me get my computer working properly.

    NO NOT BUY DELL .. they dont care about after sales service.

  • I built my own computer. If you consider buying more computers. Think about newegg and tigerdirect. I never had any problem with them. Tigerdirect allows you  to buy your stuff in bulk.

  • Every time I call Dell for any reason at all, I have nothing bur problems. They transfer me around all over the entire company. The most recent problem is that I purchsed an exteded service contract and they have no record of having recieved it. I have doccumentation that the money was taken from my debit account by Dell. I promise never to buy another Dell product. I would like to see a movement to boycott Dell.

  • I have had bad customer service from quite a few companies like Apple, Microsoft, Comcast, and others. People just fucking fail at doing their jobs.

    coz we have to follow rules....RULES that are set up by some one sitting in a BIG office in PLUSH surroundings so ask them to change the rules ...it makes our job more easy

  • Dell should get on Apples Level. Apple's Customer service are the best, i had a total logicboard failure on my macbook (The GPU was a batch which was bad apparently) they replaced it and sorted it all out in less than 4 days, for a major failure.

    My mates dells main board went dead it took dell 3 weeks to replace it and it took him a week just to get Customer service to look at it, When apple will do it in 4 days (Without going to an apple store) and dell 31 Days, kinda puts it in true light.

  • welcome to the world of dell, for people who are in the tech industry, they avoid dell, because they aren't reliable, even to government contractors. I have had nothing but problems. But to the individual owners, who don't know the diagnostics of computers, or dell's reputation, than saddly they well go through dell hell eventually.

  • 2 weeks i fight to get the cable to plug the monitor on my computer. Still new and never toutched. THE DELL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE 0.

  • I just got off the phone with them, just had the hard drive replaced for the second time now they want to replace my mother board for a SECOND time, I asked about a replacement because of all these service issues and the asshole hung up.

  • I called them about a laptop i got back from them with a blue screen error after sending it in for repair. I expected them to say we will fix it charge free since they messed it up in the first place but instead: I talked to 14 different people, got hung up on 3 different times, and was actually yelled at by a dell tech. rep. After almost 3 hours I finally got fed up with it and said I was going to get the BBB involved. They finally let me talk to a manager. No more dell computers for me!

  • Crap. Once I bought a Sony camera from Dell and they said it was available and ready to ship. But really, it was out of stock. They were lying in their website and caused me hours in the phone. Never going to buy Dell!!

    I feel sorry for you guys. I have my dell for 3 years. The only problem i had was my video card burn out. I knew it was my video card because I build my own computer and just testing dell out. I also got more ram cause 2gb isn't good enough anymore.
