I have seen few other Maharashtrian recipes of yours..
Thanks so much for feedback Makarand. Good to know that you are finding these recipes useful in the absence of your wife. I am sure you will surprise your wife with cooking some recipes in her presence :D Keep watching..

I appreciate noticable improvment of your videos (a quality of new ones I mean),
and what is more important - the UPMA dish! This is absolutely amazing, and just because I am listening your instructions and watching how finely You're making upma, my belly is getting really hungry :-) I will try next breakfast. Thank you so much!!!
@madhura94, yea and today I made some effort and cooked upma-fashined breakfast with onions, carrots and cabbage ;-) the result was quite tasty, but all in all it was possible because of you and your brillant guidance. Thanks, again and I will be watching. Have a nice day.
i make the exact same way minus the peanut powder. I guess this will bring out a nice crunch to the dish. Thanks for the varied version. Good to have you back Madhura!
Crushed roasted peanuts add little crunch and typical maharashtrian Nutty taste in this dish. My daughter loves this more than 2 mts noodles :) Have a good weekend...
Thnx Madhura,We missed you.Pls post recipes sooner,we look forward to them. One question though, which sevai did you use,can one get the same results from angel hair pasta(thin spaghetti)?
Hey Aarti, thanks a lot :) I use Bambino Sevai. I never tried with pasta. But I think its should work. Only thing you need to do is boil pasta separately (no need to roast) and add it finally once all tempering is done. I hope this will work. Have a good weekend :)
Thanks Vidya. Yes there is difference in rice sevai and sevai that I used to make this Upma. I have used Bambino brand Sevai. You will find it easily at Indian Grocery store or you could also used store bought roasted sevai...
