Harcha was one of the most delicious breads I've ever eaten in Morocco. Since I'm a fan of your videos I decided to learn how to make it from you. I respected the quantity and cooking instructions but it didn't came out good. It got torned into pieces when I tried to turn it. And before I put it in the pan it was like a powder...The simoulina didn't mixed well with the liquids...My friends thinks I put too much oil (1/2 cup)....Anyway maybe if I try again and again it will come out.
Hello, am a newly wed .. i live in the us am originally from morocco ...your videos are so amazing , u cant imagine how it helps a lot !!!!!! especially that i dont know how to cook ...i learn everything from your vids ...please please keep up the good work,
I am an American muslim and InshaAllah i am moving to casa this spring and marrying a muslima there . Her friends say she makes great harcha so i can hardly wait lol. (btw the bloopers at the end are great you should do that on all of your videos for giggles)
It's me again. I just commented on the Orange Walnut Cake. Now a quick question. When my wife and I flipped the Harcha. Any tips on how not to break the Harcha. We didn't use the full cup of water. Do you think that is the reason? Was it too dry? Thank you again.
eueueueuee i like it withe eueueu tea na3na3 eueueueu but i ueueue dont inderstind eueueueu ingridian can you traduire en francais thanx d avance désolé pour mon anglais xd
I tried the Harcha today, made it this afternoon and heated it again this evening, while spreading some honey and smen on it..It was delicious and the first time my Harcha turned out like it should taste! It just was a bit hard, but could be due to the re-heating...I found it quite crunchy...yummy! Thanks for sharing another authentic recipe from Marocco!
Alia, I love your videos and think it was awesome that you had a friend as a guest ( still keeping within your style of videos). Hope you will do that again once in a while. Also I really liked that you used oil and not butter...more recipes with oil please( I hate butter) Thanks again for your great videos!
you can find semolina in the indian store, or you can use 'sooji' instead. Just make sure to adjust the amount of water depending on the absorption quality for the semolina you are using.
sympa j'aimerais tellement parler l'anglais comme toi ^^ t'as fais comment pour le parler couramment ?
