It's a start, but it's called a swedish fall, & it can done alot better. you need to focus when you're building. Not laughing & goofing off, that can cause your flyer to get hurt, esepcially with the skills you just showed.

Oh god please don't laugh and mess around when stunting, what if she got hurt :(

1: it's illegal if the backspot is underneith her like that

2: the main base should turn around and hold under her arm pits with her arms locked, it will go up smoother and stay up without the top girl pushing her away

3: start off with one of her legs up (kind of like in a peg leg) instead of lifting her directly off the ground

Try it that way and I guarantee the moment she's up she'll be able to hit it :)

Good job girls, at least you had a good try at it,-make sure your shoulders are above the base for stability then tthe base hold your shoulders then the other girls flip you over.

That a fun one to do -tottaly illegal in cheerleading but we call that Gymnastics Acrobatics.

we call this swedish fish but we only have 3 bases and make it way fancier, we do a swing dance entry where the flier runs and jumps on the back spot and we swing it up, and then we do a half twist pop down...

ya it was good, if you combine two of those facing each other, it's called an angel. My only criticism is that you need to be tight and focused no matter what stunt you are doing, even if its a thigh stand, you have a higher risk of injury if you are fooling around or not focused.
