Actually we have been cooking food for up to 2 million years. Yes humans are the only animal that cooks our food but maybe you need to think that cooking made us human. We are also the only animals with a higher intelligence. This age of illness has only really been in the past 5000-10000 years and mostly more recently in that last 1000 years. Grains is one of the key factors for the state of poor health today.

Sushi is raw meat, Carpaccio is raw meat, steak tartare is raw meat. very tasty very natural and very safe. oysters are eaten raw. If well sourced all are very healthy components of a balanced diet. some of the healthiest populations have a large raw meat component in their diet. Its a crime to cook a prime fillet steak anything more than seignon ( literally bloody) mmmmmmmmm!
