@csupika You're welcome. It took me two times to understand the message. The accent is hard to understand especially on the phone as I am not used to NZ accents.
You cant tell them too give a shit, however who cares. Why not make the penalty for driving stupidly a scarey one. EG you get caught driving dangerously you lose your license for a minumum 2 years, and your car gets crushed in front of you. They might still not give a shit, but their behaviour will change out of fear. They should experience some of the fear that they give others. I dont care about their attitude, only their behaviour.
