Guys, this is how Pantera looked as young kids. They grew up mimicking the bands they loved like Van Halen, Kiss, and Priest just like everyone else did at one point. It's not like they were trying to be the next Poison, Cinderella, or Winger, they have always been hard-nose, heavy metal musicians regardless of how they dressed as kids. Once they matured they started to sing about heavier topics and made a change for the better. Thats more than we can say about bands like Metallica.

Pantera was so embarassed by their glam image and sound they flat-out refused to acknowledge any of their pre-Cowboys material, which is a shame because they were a very good band even back then, and after Projects in the Jungle they were pretty much a thrash band with only traces of glam metal, even though they didn't completely drop the image until about 1990.
