  • Mn2O7 is a excelent ignition!

  • Stick your dick in it

  • haha at 0:34 the little smoke ring! lol

  • Holy Molly! thats powerful. By the wat to get rid of any permanganate stains simply apply a 50/50 mixture of 6% hydrogen peroxide ( over the counter) mixed with dilute sulphuric acid say 15% ( or even vinegar ) and the permanganate stain will instantly disappear! ( manganese sulphate or acetate depending)

  • that's cold

  • it looks like its carbon reactive not organic reactive but what do i know?

  • gasoline? more like piss

  • I know this is a really stupid question, but what would happen if I were to stick my finger in it? Would it produce fire or just burn me or what?

Also, your name seems familiar.... do you happen to play tribalwars?

  • wow im a new sub!!!

  • WITCH! AAH!!!

  • What about an egg?

  • Wonder what would happen with some kind of fat from a piece of meat.

  • awesome !!

  • hand

  • I kept like screaming "OH YEAH" on the gasoline part

  • i bet at 0:40 you were like "well that was anticliamAAHHH THE FUCK!!!" :)

  • The new bic lighter for campers just don't touch it

  • So just basically anything with carbon in it. Put carbon on it.

  • "This video was done by trained professionals" ...Trained professionals who don't wear gloves and do their experiments outside

  • will it work on bacteria?

  • you should piss on it XD

  • You got any xenon trioxide?

  • This Manganese Heptoxide powder looks so innocent...

  • are your fuses regular fierwork fuses or do you have a how to on that ?

  • Wow I use Potassium Permanganate and Sulfuric acid nearly every day in chemistry at school and had no idea I could do this!!! i diffentaly know what im gona do tomorrow...

  • thats Chuck Norris water

  • Chuck Norris would take a bath in this stuff and come out unharmed.

  • Sorry to double post, but was all that with the same batch?

  • @Enigma4072 I had to make it several times because the whole batch usually decomposes with I put something organic in it.

  • HolyCrapThatIsOneOfTheCoolestThingsI'veEverSeen

  • Awesome.

  • CONGRATULATIONS uve probably got one of the many vids without a dislike!!!

  • Hey !

Which tutorial did you use to make it ?

When you pour it into a cup with that paper thing in your hand it looks like its a powder, but isnt it liquid ?

    Thanks,Jan

  • @Paraglider92

It's made from adding potassium permangante to 98% sulfuric acid. Potassium permangante is a purple solid and sulfuric acid is an oily liquid

  • Crazy!!

  • you should fill a huge bowl of that stuff then throw it on some one or fill up a bottle with it and throw it at someone that would be funny

  • @Hypefiend ehh no it wouldn't.

  • put it in a super soaker

  • @laserindie Oh gawd

  • @laserindie it would melt the plastic

  • Your lack of professionalism amuses me. Loljk good on ya for setting stuffs on fire.

  • what about metal

  • awesome stuff :D

  • id like to try this lol

  • where do you get this stuff from

  • you are awesome

  • thats awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • where you get it

  • awesommmmmmee. ur other vids are cool 2. made me subscribe

  • why isnt it called manganese oxide

its not a covalent compound is it? manganese is a metal

  • @lolimnoteighteen

Manganese Heptoxide isn't the only oxide of manganese. Manganese (IV) Oxide (MnO2) is much more commonly encountered than this compound Manganese (VII) Oxide.

Interestingly for a metal oxide. Mn2O7 is in fact molecular making it a liquid at STP

  • @mewrox99

i understand that, but my point is that only covalent compounds are called with mono/di/tri/tetra as the second or first element in the compound, while here instead of it being called just manganese oxide its called manganese heptoxide

if you can get back to me that would be great, i need to do a lot of studying over the summer because im taking college course chemistry next year

  • @lolimnoteighteen

I agree that Manganese Heptoxide is not the correct IUPAC name for a metal oxide. Manganese (VII) Oxide. But chemist often casually refer to oxides by the amount of oxygen atoms the compound has, rather than by the oxidation state of the metal.

So yes calling it Manganese (VII) Oxide will be more correct than Manganese Heptoxide. You can't just call it Manganese Oxide since Manganese has more than one oxide

  • @mewrox99

ok that makes sense, but wouldnt it be actually manganese (XIV) oxide, since each oxygen accepts 2 electrons

  • @lolimnoteighteen

No it's Manganese (VII) Oxide. The two Manganese atoms have a charge of +14 while the 7 oxygens have a charge of -14 giving the compound a net charge of zero

  • @mewrox99

ya thats what i meant. thanks

  • that is a strong ass plate

  • id like to see u touch it it lol

  • i got a few drops of it on my arm before and it sucked, it stained my arm for like a week.

  • haha damn dude

  • lol, the fuse was a bit... slow at lighting

  • good stuff man, good stuff

  • you touch it

  • What camera are you recording with?

  • canon sd880 digital camera

  • He's gunna get alot of kids arrested...lol

  • cool

  • haha trained professionals, you see the hand go OMFG!

  • sikk

  • oxygizers are cool with flammable liquids too bro i use to work for HAZ MAT and we messed some stuff up with stuff like peroxide and pectric acid
