@thebaneofall123 I happen to like 3DG's alt-rock/thrash/swing, and I definitely noticed its influence in this song; that's how I got into TFK. Once you listen to their other stuff though, no, they have a very distinct style. They are sort of the Underoath of the rap scene, if you get what I mean. They put metal and alternative instrumentals behind some very hip-hop vocals, and the result is very nice in some cases and ugly in others. Overall, a very good band and most definitely not a 3DG clone.

@oneblackbelt4god Yeah don't get me wrong Three Days Grace is one of my all time favorites. I like this band a lot too, they seem to have a plethora of influences. In one of their songs they are like limp biskit but TFK doesn't suck.

This is a creepy music video. Great song, but it scares the heck outta me. It's looks like something from one of the Saw movies. The song definitely has a great meaning though. To me it's about how everything we do, all we accomplish and achieve, is meaningless in the end if we did not do it for God. We're so much more unhappy when we "walk away" from God because it all comes out to nothing.

i really appreciate bands like TFK that look at christianity as a whole lifestyle, not just lolipops and buttercups you get in church. trying to live righteously in a dark world is difficult. and a lot of christian bands are afraid to touch on to things like our times of doubt, or those foolish times where we just do what we think we want. most people think following god is just our way of coping when its actually harder to do then to ignore him.

"God" doesnt exist. Neither does any other deity. The whole concept was spwaned as a way of controlling large populations of people. There is no physical evidence of any kind of deity or "higher power." And having christianity constantly strike down sound scientific evidence and theories because it poses a threat to their religion only makes the idea more rediculous. For example: gallileo was forced to say "the Earth doesnt move" or he would be burned at the stake.

well theres no doubt about it, if you ever heard Set it Off... well to be completly honest it was extremely corny. Rawkfist... ehem. And then they came over to the rock genre. And make okay music.
