i have a wii and i am getting a nentindo DS next with some pokemon games and some mario games and a couple of more games anyway i saw pokemon platinum diamond and pearl in one place at walmart

Get platinum. Its soooo much better. You get BOTH the pokemon in pearl AND diamond. Like the pink one is Palkia, and the blue one is Dialga. You can also get Ghiritina as an optional in diamond and pearl. In Platinum, you can get ALL THREE. Plus you get the three legendary birds which you can only get in a certain gameboy game. The plot is also much better. There are also some cool bonus features like the Battle Frontier and the Gym Leader Cafe. So yeah, it's pretty awesome. You should get it!!!

i would have to agree, they need to combine all the versions ever made including the ore region from pokemon stadium into one game and remix it a little and made it for the wii so that will be in 3D and with online capabilties that not limited to a crappy selection of what you can do. meaning it should somewhat be like the tv series or follow it. but that just my opinion.

over the course of time a person could afford a wii or a ds because either their parent/someone else bought for them, they have save up the money, or they waited until the prices got low enough to buy. In my opinion I like to have a pokemon game in 3D with a little more freedom like the anime series instead of on limited freedom on gameboy or ds.

I agree, In my opinion hoenn was a downgrade.

Sure it had double battles and better graphics but it got rid of day and night,traveling in previous regions, tranfsering with old games, and buch of other stuff.

Thats what make D/P so great because it brought most of that back and more.

(Although I think G/S/C is the best overall)
