I was just wondering... does it have auto focus? im a beauty guru and show things up close and i need them to focus... does this product do this?

@minyskate27 Hi,minyskate27! No problem with the media player you wrote in above. H.264 video format is supported so you could it play in any player. In case of a video edit, it works with sony vegas/window media player and so on. Hope this answer is helpful! Thanks.

i got this camcorder, the pictures are good. it's a good camcorder if you shoot short reports. so i got a question for the f50 and f500 users, do you notice the cam often warms in the downside? when the camcorder is charging, everything is ok but when you filming the downside becomes a liitle warm..

@TheChocotono yeah that's right so i like this cam, it's a very simple camcorder but that's enough for making short clips reports.. you can use pinnacle or windows movie maker (vista version) to edit video. and also, with this cam, you can edit easily all videos, you don't need a heavy computer xd

@yourjudgeandjury Hi, yourjudgeandjry! In SMX-F50, it has no internal memory. But you still have a choice in F50 series. 8gb for SMX-F53 and 16gb for SMX-F54. There are only internal memory difference between them. And all of the camcorder can be use up to 32gb. Thanks.
