@bigmax88 ok here's where I'm stuck, there a 98 for sale and th guy says it has 169xxx miles but it also has a broken speed sensor, wht u think I should do, #the truck looks good as far as the body goes
@1DirtbikeBoy this one has 200k on it now. still going strong. has an oil leak at the timing cover gasket. about a quart every 2 weeks. good truck. i think it will make it to 250k easy.
@FireArmsResQ yea, its pretty slow, ill even be the first to admit that at one point in this run it was slightly down hill...lol. i still love it though. it has enough torque to make up for it and i can get 25 mpg if i drive right o0n the highway and about 20(give or take) on the back roads. this is the best 4x4 ive owned. i really like jeeps but every one ive owned had open diffs front and back and would just spin one tire on each axle when it got in a bind, this thing just goes.
@FireArmsResQ i hauled some junk tro the crusher and when i went across the scale empty with just my small trailor i weighed 8200 pounds and my trailor weighs less than 1000...kind of sad that they even thought it was a good idea to put the 4.6 in this thing, but then again the 5.4 only made 15 more hp in 98

I still haven't owned a 4x4. Some day I will
My econoline would give this thing a run for its money!
7000 pounds? 215 HP
I'm like 5500 with 180 and I got a 5.0! 5.0 fever is back!

@bigmax88
I'm guessing the 5.4 makes 30 ftlbs torque more though?

@FireArmsResQ probably, but it feels like it needs another hundred..lol
