if the voice was better this guy would be a very good Ozzy impersonator, he looks much better than any "professional" i've seen immitate Ozzy....very similar face and he has the expressions and manorisms down tight!

Yeah this is a guy called Rory Bremner I think. Ozzys actually done a few commercials with this guy dressed up as him for 'I Can't Believe it's Not Butter' ads.
