Hi I added a synth with sytrus and painted into the song page on bar 5 to 8 but it still plays when the music is on bar 1 to 4 should this be happening? the only way I can stop it is by creating a automation clip and turning it down to nothing on bars it's not supposed to play.

@Jonathansernel1 No, hardware extras - is a matter of preference - not a necessity. I don't use an MPC myself - I prefer a keyboards a mixing board - but lots of people don't use anything but the PC too. Automation, editing events,keyboard controller, formula controller, envelope editor, LFO's, and side chains can easily replace and out perform the capabilities of most hardware controllers.

@iSawTheUnseen Some soundcards don't work -es laptops. Use your primary soundcard for now if you can. If performance is too sluggish, check out the link for extra help with ASIO4All in the video description, ASIO drivers fix many performance issues that default soundcard drivers suffer from, People had so many performance issues in the past when I avoided mentioning ASIO - I was forced to cover this topic of ASIO at the very start which can be a bit intimidating and tedious.

How can I affect the volume and pitch of just one track at a time on my playlist I tried creating an automation clip for master volume and pitch and dropping it on the track that I want affected but it always affects my whole song which I don't want.

I agree when it's software it should be more reasonable too - the catch is that other software companies charge you for updates so you need to pay for your software over and over again. When it come to policies like that - I can't say that piracy is not a bit justified. With FL Studio - you pay once and it's yours "Free Updates" for a lifetime - It is worth it. I bought FL Studio once over 10 year ago.

@SonicOrbStudios It's a 32 min video (which is not the norm) and the first of six videos of about the same length. I didn't want the intro to be normal for that reason, Video 2 has a long intro also, but I stopped with the long intros from video 3 and beyond, and I do mention this after the intro in video 2.

@McHatboySlim Yes - it's a strange limitation of the demo (may be a bug) that I was not aware of - you need to work around it . It's not an essential tool, just convenient at times. Simply create the channel a second time.
