So this is what there staff does insted of banning bots/spammers/hacks. They make shitastic PSA's and post them on youtube. PSA's dont work, they never have so dont waste our time with this shit and do your job.
@Lokivoid if people didnt use powerlevelin services or buyin kinah online and played the game fairly like everyone else we wouldnt have the botters grinding for kinah and people getting hacked just to many people want to get ahead plain and simple dont listen to stupid epic fail /w that are telling you your account is under threat and log your username and password into a website that isnt a part of the NCsoft website even if it has NCsoft in the url cant dis aion for this as it isnt their fault

It's takes a lot of time and planning to ban user accounts. They've gotta check then double check all their logs etc before bringing in the "Banhamminator" to ban the account.
On Kalil, I almost never see kinah farmers/bots/RMT sellers in any of the capital cities or on the LFG channel. They're obviously doing their job properly, just as I expected they would.
And these PSAs do work. Raises awareness and they're quite humorous too.

I'd bought an extension three times.. and in the control panel was just written something like "you've got codes to activate"... I couldn't activate them and after that I bought a whole bundle and binded it to an older account where was described as playable but it has been disabled. the whole bundle bonded to the my first gw acc. for nothing. they didn't help anything about that :)
@xXxDonutdudexXx the game would be so nice but now I'm going to wait for gw2 and diablo 3.. they ruined the fun for me :) sry for my bad English ^^ For me it was just a big mess in the end because they responded so slowly that the whole talk took 2 months without any positive results for me.. just with a charge on my mastercard for nothing..to late to do an appeal. Leveling takes days and weeks and months. You shouldn't have to go through that just to reach the level cap and have fun, it should be fun from the start.

Trust me a guy in my legion got caught for buying RMT kinah because they caught the RMT account and looked into its history. He bought kinah when he was around level 20 and they didn't catch him until he was level 45. But they caught him. Think about all the time he had invested in his character by then. You're next buddy.

PS. The inclusion of the kid in this one is great. I think a lot of new MMOers aren't really sure about the proper online gaming ediquette. 90% of them probably have action replays and don't understand the negative consequences of cheating in online competitive gaming.
