Oh yeah, also not a planet: THE MOON. Kind of an important one there.

I don't believe astronomers have found a Chibimoon either.

So my point... they don't have to represent a planet, it can be any large object in space.

Sailor Pluto will always be a sailor scout to me, even though Pluto is no longer a planet D':

@Suisei yep... though Pluto not being a planet wouldn't have changed the show much anyway I don't think.

The asteroids have sailor scouts (and Ceres was actually upgraded to dwarf planet status like Pluto). Kakyuu is implied to maybe be a comet, though she protects a particular planet. There's also no planet called Star Fighter, Healer, or Maker... the anime implies they may represent moons of that planet, or possibly nearby planets though.

Either way, Pluto would have been the same.
