The "Ignition" item on the front of the first radial is the prop governor. Nice pile-O-engines there, woldn't mind that nice allison, it might be a lump but if it's rebuildable, worth a fair amount.

The public needs to be aware of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft/United Technologies Corporations illegal behavior.
