    similarly b, c have two LUB i.e. d and e

    for a lattice, for any 2 elements.. the LUBs and GLBS must be unique...

    which is violated here.. so .. its not a lattice..

  • the four figures used to distinguish lattices and posets, the figure (c) is said not to be a lattice .. what I am not able to understand is how can it not be if the condition includes less than and equal vertices?
