beckham won't be ready for another two or three years, brignac will get called up before him. reid's no slouch though. but def will be a shame when bartlett leaves, although we have some young guns to fill his shoes. feel the heat

Once the Rays call him up, their rotation will be 1)Kazmir 2)Shields 3)Garza 4)Price 5)Sonnanstine/Jackson (unless they call up another pitching prospect). That rotation will easily be top 5 in the MLB.

Longoria will win Rookie of the Year this year, Price will next year, and then Tim Beckham will in 2010. Rays will be set for a very long time.

Beckham won't be up for at least another 3 years, but Wade Davis and David Price should be up next year and they'll probably trade Jackson or Sonnanstine for the right handed bat they really need. There rotaintion, if David and Price are what they appear to be, will be the BEST in baseball 1 through 5.

I don't no about the "NO flaws" assessment, but he's has the nastiet stuff I've seen since Mark Prior.I'm watching him pitch against The Yankees in a pre-season game right now, and his fastball has been between 96-99, and that slider is amazing.I would love to see him pitch this year.Price and Joba Chamberlain can battle it out for rookie of the year.
