How to do a REALLY Rusty model car

@GoldenGolfer3 HEAT Gun! dont have heat gun- a match. Then as u lite the tire on fire, push down on it like your trying to push "air" out of it.

Good Job! I want to do a very light rust on one of my future projects a rat rod probably a pre 30's Ford or what ever maybe a chop and light rust, any idea on a good ''bare metal'' paint for a car? like just sanded down to the metal?

in the wheel arches (I am in the UK). A lot of rust is rust through from the underneath, especially in the wheel arches, certainly in the winter conditions we have in the UK. So that needs to be shown (if the site is visible) or hidden, whichever. But nicely done.

heres a tip. If u dont have money or cant buy the things, buy an already finished one thats not custom(Chevy Nova from Jadatoys etc.) and put it outside for like a month. Its worth waiting though!
