baums topsins are nice to watch, but a bit too slow. they have a high spin but are lacking in speed so chen has enough time to counter topspin or to bring them normally back with his forehand

Chen Weixing is still a master despite his age. A good technique combined with a fine fighting spirit can make the difference. Patrick Baum was far from being ridiculous though and made a good recovery. Now, let's thank ttCountenance for his good work and for keeping track on Champions League matches.

Great quality on the video. From previous videos of Baum vs defenders I had assumed before watching that he would have beaten Chen handily. I don't know what his issue was, but he didn't have a good showing here.
