  • I tried to go in a Gym for 1 month..and i saw the results quickly...it's pretty hard and hurt at the second day...but if everyday you enjoy it..it's giving you more excitement and the good results. :D

  • Hey! Have you heard about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin burned crazy amounts of stubborn fat.

  • Friday- Legs and Shoulders, Sat- 20min light cardio& Abs, Sun- Rest. Rinse& repeat. Remember to keep eating LOTS of healthy food. Whole grain, Clean protein, and LOTS of veggies. You're going to want to eat every 3 hours. Also, Make sure you are drinking a milk carton of water a day. If you're dehydrated, you'll not be able to lift nearly as much and it will really hold back your progress! That's just the very raw basics. I would be happy to write you up a good workout routine :) Good luck!

  • Hey man you should be proud to have finished that workout! But I will let you know that P90X is mostly a cutting routine. I would recommend going to the gym and lifting weights. It will really improve your overall look and add muscle much better than p90x will. Do a good split routine 3x a week. I'll give you a sample. Mon- Back &Bi's, Tuesday- 20 minutes of light cardio (at a pace where you can still have a conversation but barely) and Abs, Wed- Chest& tri's, Thursday- light cardio& Abs

  • You got the right mindset, thats the most important part by far. Just eat healthy, keep the calories a little above the usual and get in the Squat Rack. Push heavy and never sacrifice perfect form.

  • P90X is a terrible workout program for building mass. it's mostly aerobic exercise. You don't want to be skinny and ripped out of your mind. you have to lift weights and bulk up as your training. that way you get bigger. also, you want a calorie surplus. protein helps too

  • @bradgotyoumad There's no such thing as toning. Losing bodyfat % increases definition in your muscle which makes it look more "toned." P90x is completely useless, the money you spent on P90x, you could've spent it on food and a gym membership and do starting strength or stronglifts. As for OP, let me guess you're 130lbs now? Thats a 10 pound increase good job! But guess what you're still a skinny bitch and probably can't even squat your own bodyweight.

  • @EricChinkLee you need to reread what i typed lmfao 130 to 170 in 8 months you are a tardacle... and okay no such thing as toning? lets say a guy is 5% body fat, he lifts high rep activity, maintains 5% BFP, 3 months laters arms look more TONED because the muscle is adjusting to dealing with weights BUT at a high energy level. The muscle does not require hypertrophy because the weight is not appropriate to suggest such a growth.

  • @EricChinkLee as for p90x, you are stupid for assuming ive tried it. i havent tried it, ive seen results of MANY friends doing p90x, there is little muscle growth, sure its only 3 months, but compare p90x to 3 months of free weights. 2 people with the same genetics, same food. the free weights WILL have more muscular growth. against 90 days is not the best example but for simplicity we're using 90. LLOLL I cant squat my body weight :) my calves alone are 16.5"..imagine my quads.

  • P90x is great, but if any of you want to look big and mean, this is NOT the way to go. I put on 22 kg's in 1 year and 7 months, and only about 2 kg's of that is fat, the old fashion way and lots of food is the way to go ;) big weights mean big muscles.

I trained one of my lil cuzo's over the net coz hes about 600 miles away. Took him from 135 at 7% bf to 165 at 6% bf in 12 weeks with no protein poweder or anything other than eggs,his moms cooking,and a shit load of peanut butter lmfao. Disregard all the misc assholes on the comment section. Keep it up bro.

  • just a clear thing for people if you want to body build dont shoot for 3 meals a day shoot for 6 meals a day, take in about 1gram of proteine per pound of bodyweight each meal

  • Now that you are motivated to build some muscle, do it the conventional way. Get a 3/4 day split routine, go to a gym, eat like a fucking mad man, forget abs and being ripped until you got some decent muscle mass (Skinny and ripped is like fat chicks with big tits, not an achievement at all) and lift some heavy ass weight (6-12 rep range). You should be using this time to improve roller blading, playing on the swings and working out which fingers fit best into the girls that might be interested in you in about 20 years time. Until you have some weight on you, there is absolutely NO point in working out... especially at that age, way too young.

I completely agree with you, but you should probably not start for about 2 years, because if you workout now, it can stop your muscles growing and you will therefore reduce the chance of reaching your full potential of being big when you are an adult

  • p90x is a waste of money. people with no idea about structure or how to get started on exercising do p90x. all you had to do is spend a few hours youtubing weight exercises and i guarantee you apart from diet, you could have the exact same physique, if not BETTER in probably a shorter amount of time

  • did you follow the classic workout schedule as it says in the guide. I started today and did chest & back and ab ripper. I couldn't finish chest and back had 15 minutes left so I moved onto ab ripper. The fiefer scizzors during ab ripper were difficult for me as well due to bad flexibility.

  • @Bleachallstarz You arent going to get everything the first day, or even week. You will get stronger and work on your form. As for the abs, You have to be flexible, your right. Do some stretching on your own! You will get better results because you can fully do the workout.
