  • Aw Shuck!...I thought you really meant you won on the merits, instead of winning by default.

This is interesting though by how they wanted you to accept a plead. The sneaky little dirtballs knew full well the cop wasnt there and you would win by default. The political nonsense of them not wanting to record a loss, rather than any interest in justice.

  • If you had taken her deal you would have admitted guilt. They is nothing more scary to a crown attorney that a well prepared citizen with out a lawyer. A lawyer would have sold you out on the deal. Excellent work my friend. I do hope other will be inspired by you. I have done this also!

  • I love the part where you say that because of a flag on the wall you think you're in a maritime court. That's just genius! You can't make this stuff up. What I cant figure out is how you can be so stupid and still figure out how to upload video to youtube.

  • The arrest was ridicules.

  • Police cannot enforce civil claims, but since the doctor lied, and caused you harm, file a claim against his insurance. I would consider filing a lawsuit against him. You could win big bucks. Use the case Trezevant V. City of Tampa for a claim against the police officers.

  • Well, then, you should sue the doktor for filing a false police report, and the police dept. for unlawful arrest & detainment!

  • File a counter claim of wrongful arrest and detainment.

  • What was the charge? Give more detail please

  • What was the charge? Give more detail please

  • Hello what is your name

  • The doc is lucky you did not sue him for inviting you to his office, then verbally assaulting you and making false claims that caused your imprisonment. Incidentally, you do not have a legal right to health care. What you have is the right to respond to an invitiation with the expectation that you will not only not be assaulted but will not be falsely imprisoned as a direct result responding of the invitation. Doctor are liable as actual and proximate cause of assault and jail. Go to!

  • Good job, in process of getting 3rd charge in 2 years dropped. ;)

  • It is now 13 months after posting your videos, and I have just seen them for the first time.

Yes your fellow human beings (not PERSONS) are watching your video.

Congrats for asserting your rights !!!

  • If the arresting officer does not show for such an infraction, the case is indeed thrown out. Of course, you still have to experience the stress and miss two days of work to get into court for arraignment then trial. The point is, cops are more and more being turned into thug cash extractors trained to assume guilt or facilitate a way to turn the innocent guilty. Very unfortunate that "..to protect and serve" is fast becoming "..to suppress and shake down". Time to exit the U.S. Corporation...

  • can you sue them?

  • How would you have pleaded? If the prosecution proceeded.

  • The stuff you heard from your brother-in-law about people consenting to searches and providing I.D. when they were not required to, that's real. Many police officers are good at tricking people out of exercising their rights.

The stuff about being sovereign, contracting with the court, and gold fringe on the flag meaning admiralty law, that's nonsense. Google up "idiot legal arguments" for Bernard J. Sussman's long list of cases where people actually tried those things in court.

  • @brygenon Dude get a clue. I asked two attorney's about the gold and admiralty. There eyes got big... and then they confirmed it was all accurate. What you read is propagated bullshit instilled by the very system who wishes to enslave you. I'm sorry that the bullshit system that's in place is what gives you your identity. I know you would die trying to defend it. Thats too bad.

  • @sickasso72, I never said you couldn't tell a story about talking to a couple unnamed lawyers. I suggested looking up Bernard J. Sussman's collection of "idiot legal arguments" to see hundreds of citations to actual court cases where people tried these arguments.

The admiralty flag thing is a hoot. Now there's a fringe theory!

  • Just because the police officer doesn't show up doesn't mean there is no crime. It means there was no evidence of a crime. Big difference. It's also quite common for this to happen. I think it's funny when people claim the fake freeman laws work just because they won their court case on a completely unrelated reason.

  • @thegreatfish I was a cop. Just because they don't show , can mean alot of things i.e. Worked night shift. Too busy on the dayshift. Day off. Feel they may get their ass handed to them if they show in court . Etc. going to court as a pig always sucked ASS !

  • So how do you come out ahead? They threw your butt in jail for no good reason! I say stand up for your rights, take it to them!!!!

  • Google search My Private Audio

  • Dude..this happens all the time - cases getting dropped - ESPECIALLY when the arresting officer doesn't show. This has absolutely nothing to do with your sovereign citizen bullshit.

  • Since the officer is the only witness, him not showing means there is no evidence at all. That doesn't mean you were right, or that there was "no crime", it simply means there was no one who witnessed it present to argue against you.

Anybody wins any traffic case, even if they are guilty as sin of everything and admit it, if the officer refuses to show.

  • The flag you call the AMERICAN flag, is a military war time flag, the civil flag is different, so look it up, that flag dont matter gold fringed or not there are only ADMIRALTY COURTS OF FRAUD UNDER COLOUR OF LAW that is it here any more.

  • Proud of ya! Always remember, you are the Sovereign [King] and they are your servants! When you think about it like that and act like the king and and view the public officers only in their servant capacity to you, then you got the whole Sovereign concept! We the people Rock!

  • Of course! The U.S.A. corporation is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Good for you for being a Sovereign! I'm about to follow that process myself. :)

  • @APatriot802

I am thinking of doing the process of secured creditor. Anyone know of anyone having success with this?

  • Stay out of the Dock.

  • Sounds like they need to get police together and be more right with the people despite peoples fear mongering.

  • A win's a win. It wasn't even about what you were charged with originally anyway. It's all about the bond they want you to sign. It's your signature (sign of your nature) that creates the money in this SYSTEM. More and more are catching on to what is nothing short of a military occupation which employs Black Magick as its main operating system. It all boils down to energy harvesting. YOURS!

  • @AceOfHeart2012 you are right, I received notice of "fines" dated due on Christmas day (official Jesus birthday) and on my own birthday. By coincidence I got to know from an interpretation of an "artist" performance that she was enacting a satanic ritual of sacrifice on a victim's birthday. These people are SCUM

  • i would take the win & walk. Whats the point in being vindictive? Besides, your ambitions outweigh your ability's. One must choose their battles wisely. Bide your time, grow in wisdom....then when the time is right you'll be ready to win any fight.

Yeah, in a perfect world, you SHOULD be able to call cops without getting violated. But this is NOT a perfect world, far from it.

THIS is the land of the smoke & mirror

where truth & justice is not as it may at 1st appear.

  • You should make a book out of this experience.

They probably just dropped it. knowing that you're gonna keep resisting this and doing something, which as a result may reveal what they're doing, to the public.

  • It's not pros-e-q-eee. It's Pros-e-que. Pros-eh-qeh.

  • You could take this story on the road as a type of

motivational/Know your rights type of thing

Start at local open mic nights and work your way to colleges.

The market for this type of stuff is blooming right now .

Think about it for the first time EVER the republicans are the " Rebels"

  • If there's no crime. File a counter claim and cure a lien against them(police, prosecutor, court, etc). Own their ass through the notary presentment process and a negative averment.

  • @xLowFive they have sovereign immunity, you cannot file suit against them without thier permission. pretty gay, huh? but hey! on the bright side, that means when i gain MY sovereignty, i have to consent to suit too!! woo hoo!!!

  • @xLowFive can you refer me to a step by step written manual on how to proceed with these acts?

  • @xLowFive ok how do you go about doing that ?? commerical lien ? how do you get that sorta thing started ?

  • @xLowFive HOW IS THE PROCESS DONE ??, VERY INTERESTED!!

  • I once saw a cop who had a hang nail get a decoration and got sent home for a full week to recover from a HANG NAIL! And got paid for it!

  • @heartuvgold Exactly. If the courts undermined the authority of its own law enforcement what are they saying about the law? On the other hand, this entire incident was started and exacerbated by the doctor and he is the one who needs to see what it feels like to accept consequences for his illegal actions. When I heard him stomping down the hall I would have heard cha ching! in my head:)

  • regarding the side note ,wow I cannot believe it ! No wonder the are arrest happy cops running around like dogs looking for someone to pick on!

  • Comment removed

  • hey that happen to me

  • now i would sue the doctor and police for the six hours you lost of your freedom, you did not win untill you are compensated for this incident.

  • You need to bill/Sue them

  • If they saved you until last that's what's known as a "Star Chamber". They don't want the other sheeple in the peanut gallery to hear someone who knows how to stand their ground. That means they respect you.

  • A man just like me! if you ever come to the UK i will defo buy you a drink

  • Keep up the good work, it's refreshing to here such experiences, it makes everything feel more real and plausible.

  • I think it takes a strong willed person to keep a level head in such a situation.

Your story is very intresting, and inspiring!

  • you should have billed them . you could have gotten payed for your time in jail . or time served as they the law say.

  • I am so happy that you won did you make sure it was on the record?

  • CONGRATS!
