  • pretty cool. good track

  • Best fucking Soilwork song ever! Period.

  • I can remember...this was a fuckin awesome album.

Old Melodic Death Metal...will ever be my favourite stuff.

In Flames - Jester Race, Clayman

    Soilwork - Steelbath Suicide

    Best albums ever IMO.

  • 2010 remake of this song on the new album!

  • the panic broadcst is here

  • Ok seriously, who the fuck can understand the lyrics?

  • @AdrenalineAndLove I can understand for some people it is hard to understand. It was hard for me to understand when I first got into Death metal. but you learn to understand when you learn to accept and understand the style of vocals

  • @AdrenalineAndLove Everyone that has a decent sense of hearing.

  • back when this band was good...one of their best songs ever

  • agreed

  • this is the true soilwork there new stuff sucks...

  • fucking good...............

  • this song is not on Spotify =(

Soilwork and Children of Bodom forever

  • i love this band man :D damn

  • best day of my life playing this song with friend at a party..the crowd was like uhhh wtf is this. but Man was it bad ass lol

  • Well, all I hope for is that they keep their splendor. Playing in either their new or old style.

I really am happy that I can appreciate both the old and new, I'd go crazy otherwise.

  • New cover sucks ass compaired to the old one. Besides, the guy on the original cover is the same guy on the Soilwork logo.

  • its like a song that is sung to children often at night. usually really slow and happy to make them shut up and go to sleep faster.

  • yeah. all bands sound more adrenal and full of charisma while their underground.cuz its proving ground to kill the rest and be the best. however when they got more mainstream, they dont really have any bands to compete with.so they

    sound much softer.

  • with Witchers and Frenning gone any faint hope of them ever sounding like this is dead

  • Wichers is back now man, he rejoined.

  • yea holy shit man I checked their website after I read your comment and I was like WTF ITS TRUE! lol I called all my friends and told them the good news.

Not to knock on the new album but I really hope Peter's infuence can turn them inthe opposite direction. Maybe, AT LEAST something inthe vein of Natural Born Chaos or Fn5. But if Ihad my way, the new album would be a combination of Steelbath, Chainheart and Portrait. Thanks for the info man!

  • Yea no problem, I was quite excited myself when I first found out. they just need ola back now.

  • Ola - "After 10 years, 7 albums and several world wide tours, weve realised that we have developed in different directions and have a different set of values, profession wise. The disagreements have reached their peak and it has become an untenable situation. The bands solution is that I part ways with them so that I wont be in the way for the future plans of SOILWORK."

doesn't leave much hope, but maybe now that his nephew is back things can be mended.

  • wait peter wichers is ola frenning's nephew? holy shit i didnt know that. thats dope.

  • Well Atleast I saw them before they being to split up...

  • whos he?

  • the lead guitarist of the band, him and the singer are the only remaining founding members

  • Bjorn Strid

  • Xargoniten my Norse brother, good taste in music.I am in my early 40's and many of these bands are new to me.

    Soilwork,Opeth,Amon Amarth,Callenish Circle,Deadlock,Kamelot and In Flames.

Soilwork is one of my faves so far.

Are you aware of Loch Vostok?

    Thanks for sharing.

  • nice to know our old generation is intrested in soilworc as well, This my friends is metal. the desperateness in his voice during the chorus is so deep.

  • Hmm never heard of Loch Vostok before :p

  • @BlueShark45 You should listen to Sybreed and Disarmonia Mundi :) Björn strid from soilwork is in Disarmonia and soilworks drummer help sybreed with their album from 2008 :)

  • Im the master of pain

    waiting in vain

    my pride is slain

Watch me die during a sadistic LULLABYE!!

  • ;DDD

  • This is the type of emotion I want from a vocalist. He sounds so desperate! The man has something to prove in this song! Just listen to the chorus. After soilwork made it, I think they lost that drive a little bit. THey didnt have to prove themselves as a name in the metal underground cause they already did on the first albums. But this my friend, is some honest material.

  • @ithesis I know exactly what you mean, this is why johan liiva is so much better than angela gossow, in my opinion

  • @radioactivegerbil Johan was a bit better on the albums, but I like both, cause both kick ass! But I personally think Gossow performs better live than Johan

  • Sounds a bit Thrashy. Melodic Death + Thrash = Epic.

  • these guys are pretty good, i wouldnt call them brutal though lol. yeah, they really went down with theyre later albums.

  • the first album i bought was figure number five but i bought this album next and this is what made me a fan!

  • megical song !!!!!!

JUST MAGIC THEY PUT IN THIS SONG :))

  • Holy shit I can't stop listening to this song.

  • Xargoniten if you like this song you should check out SoulDemise/Soul Demise. They're a good band. This song reminds me of them alot. Really Brutal yet manic.

  • One of soilworks best songs for sure!

    hail soilwork!

  • hell yea

    word

  • Soilwork at its best and heaviest. The Chainheart Machine isn't far behind, but I'd say that Steelbath Suicide has a slight edge.

  • imo, this is Soilwork's best song, if not you've gotta agree this song did kick some major ass! Many thanks for uploading man!

  • Soilwork and In Flames may you rest in peace

  • dude thier not dead thyre still brewing at max

  • hehe very true they are alive ... In Flames and Soilwork are some of the best Melodic death metal bands ever, along with Cildren of Bodom ... :)

  • I wouldnt call Bodom melodeath tho and In Flames barely sound like it anymore now with their coming album. Bodom is more thrashy powermetal with some harsh vocals, good band tho.

  • You're not a great one for irony, are you Xargonien.

You have good taste in music tho ;)

  • hmm didnt notice i was ironic :P

  • Bodom got boring after a while for me. Solworkers, England

  • They are metal bands :/

  • wow this song kicks ass! im going back and checking out their older albums now and wow look forward to it now hearing this song

  • not that i dont already have these albums, but when i click date added i like to see more stuff

  • Already have now :D enjoy

  • can you upload machinegun majesty? or grand failure anthem?

  • Maybe^^

  • And yet again! More silence :>
