whenever i run minecraft for too long my computer fan gets EXTREMELY loud and it sounds like its crashing so whenever it does that i gotta stop my server, close all the windows until it calms down but it keeps doing that, how to fix?
I've been experimenting a bit with an old pc fan and recently i applied it to an household energy source (12v charger) and it didn't work. Then I tried using a 9v battery again and it didn't work either.I dont know what to do.Please give me some advice.tnx
that is oiling a fan repairing is changing the motor for another motor that is not worn out . you have it down to the motor if you grab the motor and tug and twist back and forth gently the moter can be removed then unsolder the contacts and resolder in a new motor then put it back in place the same way you take it out easy been doing it for years.
I have a case fan problem, a few days ago it started making a loud noise. Anyway it fixed itself but today when I woke up the noise was back so I looked behind my computer and saw that the fan was spinning very slowly. Does anybody know how to fix it?
i have a fan like that and i recently moved and when i started up my computer it turned itself off. it did this a few time's so i openened it up to find my fan hanging there and now i dont know where it goes any help?
i have a quick question to you dude, first of all great video. second of all i have a PSU fan that died (dunno if it dead or not, but it just doesnt spin) when i try to spin it it spins a couple (5-6 times) and then stops...now my question is...will following your video fix it? or is the motor gone?
Good thorough way to oil fans

is vaseline really good for lubrication? would WD40 also works?
robertxtm 4 months ago
@robertxtm WD40 is not lubricant. Petroleum jelly vaseline (pure) can work as greese. Not from some hand lotions.

I don't know. Just mix to make grease easy to apply and keep it from flowing.
