Tutorial:how to open the mpc 3000 case

i opened up my mpc3000 to clean it an can't figure out where to connect the red an white wired connector over by the power switch side if it connects anywhere. somebody help

hi there, i own an older model of the 3k. i hear noise at the headphoneout.

it might be the inverter or/and the display.

might you give me a tip how to ground that noise?

Great video. Its going to help me a lot as I've just got an mpc 3000. Like most of them I suspect - my unit could do with a bit of a clean. Do you recommend anything to clean both the outside and the inside of the unit ?

i just used microfiber towels and warm water. not soaking water,but damp.

hey bro any chance you could give me instructions on replacing the screen light?

yea,it's simple...just follow the instructions on how to open up the hardcase,and then just look at the top of the machine where the screen is located and pull all the wires loose that attach the screen to the case,then pull all the screws off and thats it...real simple.
