Though by far he can't reach A.I. as being an inspiration to me, Jammer Nelson is an underrated point guard in the league that nobody talks about. He led the Magic in the Finals last season and is doing a hell of a job this year too to bring them back on top.

The Magic made the right decision when they aquired Alston... I loved the way our team was. You don't win championships by changing players before they have a chance to get that championship caliber chemistry. Just ask the old Bulls, Take a close look at the Lakers team over the past several years. VERY few changes. And that is how you win championships.

Yeah you tell em...Jameer Nelson is a great PG and is 1 of the best in my opinion all throughout his career and Magic are better and more fun to watch when Nelson is PG.

That coach would be smart to start the injured Nelson because he's the type of player who can face adversity and still compete on a high level with the injury.

you can say that williams is a better point guard. But dont be stupid and say that jameer isnt a true point guard. He is a great ball handler. Id take Nelson over williams though. He doesnt have the stats as other point guards because he doesnt shoot as much as them. He doesnt have as many assists because he doesnt always take the ball up the court because he is cool with it. Sometimes Lee or Hedo takes it up so they get assists.

idk how this guy gets no respect as an NBA point guard. He is by far my favorite player and he always shows up to play. He knows how and wants to win. He drives at will and can hit 3's but he chooses not to take all the shots. Unlike D-Wade, he doesnt need the ball in his hands to be happy. Say what you want, but there is no other point guard in the NBA that Id rather have than Jameer, not even Chris Paul, yea i said it.
