@Apsu88 Police taking felony suspects out at gunpoint is not a violation of the constitution or of any law. Sure, you may not like it..... but the juveniles matched a description of the bad guys which means they can legally detain someone by force. Police have a violent job... action is faster than reaction... and having their gun out ready could be the difference between life and death.
But On the subject of this video: I would agree (based on what is seen here) that the cop made a mistake.

As a former Police Officer (who quit my job) and left the USSA, what the police did here was unconstitutional and shows that we no longer live in a Republic where our rights are respected. You have the right to video/audio record any Police Officer you like. They don't like it because they always have to be in control and they don't want to be caught doing something wrong. I would sue the Police for this but the courts are kangaroo courts that support the Police State. Glad I left the USSA.

The only reason has to be that by design the police want to keep people from video taping them, even when it's 100% legal.
