@bigturbz yes! i always say the amount of carbs you eat is supposed to be relative to how much energy you use/think you are using, ie a busy day you would eat more carbs, a day at home in front tof the tv=less carbs, also with the time of day, most of the carbs should be consumed earlier on in the day, ad a lot less if not no complex carbs at night.
You'd be better off having more nutritionally dense food. Instead of bread, slice some ripe tomatoes and use as a base, saute or steam a few handfuls of spinach and put on top of the tomatoes and then poach your egg and put it atop that. You could even melt some low fat (or vegan) cheese on top. Have a side of cucumbers, pepper, or bananas, or apple slices.
The bread part of your breakfast isn't that good for you - pretty much empty calories - and your plate has no color! Eat color!!
@mszeineb I am not sure if you need to count calories or not, I just though you did because I
here you say sometimes that something is low cal. But I have heard you shouldnt eat less then 1200 cal a day or your metabolism can shut down. Neways your doing awesome! :)
@dena1105 thanks hun! And you're def right about eating 1200 cal or less leads to turn your body into starvation mode and the metabolism, as you said, shuts down ans stops burning calories.
What I do is I try to eat a lot of low cal foods so that I feel full and satisfied without consuming too many calories =)
If ur trying to lose weight dont even bother eating pasta at night. Wholegrain or not.. Carbs are for energy and u dont need that at night

You should check out Dr. Joel Fuhrmans book 'Live to Eat' or just check out some of his videos. His ideas on food are AMAZING!!
