@ninjansx Solved it yet? If not, the problem is likely a faulty check valve for the fuel tank ventilation. It's also connected to the boost control. If disconnecting the topmost hose on the solenoid valve helps, then it's most likely that check valve.

Hi , I have 2004 9-5 Aero and its only pushing 9 PSI, i have turbo gauge on it. I cant figure out why only 9 psi, it should be 14psi. Any ideas ?

I heard daveship's 9-5 is agressively tuned with a top mount gt30 with 38psi that throws you back in the seat.
